1:1 meetings (virtual), twice a week, 45-60 mins - (14 days, 4 sessions total)

Proper vitamin and mineral balancing through healthy diet and, if needed, personalized supplementation

Healthy lifestyle tips and guidance to help you look and feel your best
Practical lifestyle shifts and healthy habit changes - learn how to work through self-sabotage so you can obtain new healthy and sustainable habits
Referrals (if needed) for local practitioners to expand your personal evolution and health goals that work in tandem with wellness coaching
To reserve your initial 30-minute consultation, a $55 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your time slot (this is required for all services). This allows us to hold your session time with intention and commitment.
You are welcome to pay in full at booking if you prefer, or complete the remaining balance after your consultation.
If you choose to continue with your chosen coaching program, your deposit will be applied toward your total program investment.
